1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods by King Bridge to business customers ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms.

2. Orders and Specifications
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including applicable mattress dimensions) submitted by the Buyer.

3. Price and Payment
The price of the goods shall be the price listed in the Supplier's quotation current at the date of acceptance of the order. All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

5. Returns (B2B)
As a commercial B2B supplier, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once an order has been processed, due to hygiene regulations regarding bedding products, unless the product is proven faulty under warranty.

Coverage Details:

• Physical flaws in the foam insert causing it to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
• Manufacturing defects in the fabric, zipper, or stitching of the connector strap.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including fabric pilling or slight discoloration over time).
• Damage resulting from improper washing (e.g., bleaching, washing above recommended temperatures).
• Damage caused by burns, cuts, or physical abuse of the product.

Claim Process:
To process a warranty claim, please contact info@king-bridge.com with your Invoice ID and clear photos of the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement.
